I founded Struktura Consulting after building my career in international environments where structure, coordination, and reliable execution directly shape operational performance.
My background combines process optimization, digital transformation, project management, and business analysis. Through roles at Accenture, Deutsche Bahn Cargo, and LAM Research, I have worked across a range of sectors, among them the public sector, transport, and manufacturing.
